Extruded rubber rubber sponge

We can offer a variety of proposals for solid rubber and rubber sponge products, starting with small lot production of irregular extruded products made from synthetic rubber.

◇ Because it is an extruded shape, it can produce items of the same shape in a cord-like form. ◇ Both natural rubber and synthetic rubber (various types) can be produced. ◇ Non-halogen flame-retardant EPDM rubber sponge can also be produced. (Equivalent to UL94V0) Depending on the factory. ◇ Hard and sponge materials can have their hardness adjusted. ◇ By applying a Teflon coating to the product, it becomes a rubber with sliding properties. ◇ It is also possible to perform dual (co-extrusion) of soft sponge types and hard solid (non-foamed) types. ◇ Small lot production is also possible (production will be adjusted according to quantity). ◇ Generally, it is black, but it can also be produced in color. ◇ Production of hose-shaped items with cavities is also possible. ◇ To facilitate installation, double-sided tape can be attached.
